GoKids Mission: Color the Galaxy – Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

The GoKids Mission: Color the Galaxy (“Contest”) is organised by GoKids (“the Organiser”).

2. Contest Period

The Contest runs from 1 November 2025 (00:00) to 30 November 2025 (23:59). Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

a. Open to all residents of Malaysia, with no age limit.
b. Valid only for purchases of the following GoKids SKUs:

  • GKB001–3 (3 BOTOL COMBO goKids Super Bunny Vitamin Kanak Kanak)
  • GKK001–3 (3 BOTOL COMBO goKids Super Kitty Vitamin Kanak Kanak)
  • GKT001–3 (3 BOTOL COMBO goKids Super Tiger Vitamin Kanak Kanak)
  • COMBO–3 (3 in 1 goKids Super Bunny & Super Kitty & Super Tiger vitamin Kanak-kanak)
  • MIX001 (COMBO HOT seller gokids Super Bunny & Kitty Vitamin)
  • MIX002 (COMBO HOT seller gokids Super Bunny & Tiger Vitamin) 

c. A total of 2,500 contest slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
d. Each qualifying purchase entitles the buyer to one (1) entry into the contest.
e. GoKids affiliates and customers may participate; however, employees of GoKids are not eligible to win prizes.

4. Contest Materials

  1. Each eligible order will include one (1) GoKids Galaxy Drawing Sheets
  2. Participants may also download and print the sheet from GoKids’ official website or TikTok page if they did not receive one.
  3. The Organiser is not responsible for courier delays, missing parcels, or out-of-stock items.

5. How to Participate

Step 1:  Use the given or downloaded GoKids Galaxy Drawing Sheet to create your artwork based on the theme “GoKids in Space Adventure”.
Step 2:  Take two (2) photos:
 • One (1) of the finished artwork only
 • One (1) of the artwork with the child or family member
Step 3 :  Post both photos on TikTok, tag @goKidsmy, and include #GoKidsColorTheGalaxy in the caption.  Ensure your TikTok post is set to public.
Only complete, public posts with both hashtags are considered valid entries.

6. Prizes and Winner Selection

🏆 Creative Winner (x1)
– The top 10 entries with the most TikTok likes by 30 November 2025 will be shortlisted.
– These shortlisted entries will proceed to a public voting round on @GoKidsMY TikTok from 1 – 7 December 2025.
– The entry with the highest number of public votes will receive RM500 cash via Touch ‘n Go.
– The Creative Winner will be announced within one (1) to three (3) working days after the voting period ends.

🎁 Lucky Draw Winners (x5)
– All participants who posted their artwork on TikTok with the required hashtags will automatically qualify for the Lucky Draw.
– TikTok likes or votes are not required.
– Five (5) winners will each receive RM100 cash via Touch ‘n Go.
– Winners will be announced within three (3) working days after the Contest ends.

💸 Prize Fulfilment
– All cash prizes will be transferred via Touch ’n Go eWallet.
– Winners must provide valid personal details for verification (see Section 7).

7. Prize Claim Procedure

a. Winners will be contacted privately by GoKids after the announcement.
b. To claim, winners must submit the following details within seven (7) days:
 • Full Name
 • NRIC Number
 • Mobile Phone Number (linked to Touch ’n Go eWallet)
 • TikTok Posting Link
 • Order ID Number of the qualifying purchase
c. Failure to respond or provide accurate details within the stated period will result in prize forfeiture.
d. The Organiser is not responsible for failed transfers due to incorrect or incomplete information.

8. Content Ownership & Rights

By participating, entrants grant GoKids the right to use their submitted photos, videos, names, and related content for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Liability Disclaimer

The Organiser shall not be held responsible for:
– Delayed, lost, or damaged parcels;
– Courier or system issues beyond control;
– Blurry or unclear photo submissions;
– Errors in participant information or internet connectivity problems.

10. Privacy Notice

All personal data collected will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and used solely for this Contest.

11. General

a. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Contest or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
b. The Organiser’s decisions on all matters are final and binding.
c. Participation signifies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
